Picking up water or potions from a cauldron in creative gives you a bucket/bottle of that liquid

Picking up water or potion liquid from a cauldron in creative mode using an empty bucket or empty bottle gives you a bucket/bottle of that liquid.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Be in creative mode.
2. Fill a cauldron with any liquid.
3. Use an empty bucket or empty bottle to remove liquid from the cauldron.
4. Notice how you are given a bucket/bottle of the liquid in your inventory. This should NOT happen.
