I can not create new worlds

In my GT-S6812B when I click on the option to create new world the game locks up and gets a good time locked then appears the screen where it has option random world and other options more remains locked and then it appears saying that the game does not respond as it shows the capture of screen. Please solve this annoying bug of the official version 1.0.0.16.
