Skulls and Mobs Heads are not positioned correctly in the player's hand

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a Skull or some Mob Head
2. Put it in your hand and see a third-person view
3. You can see that a part of the hand passes through the heads or skulls

Note: This not only happens with the heads or skulls, but also with the items and blocks
