Multiplayer Item Frame Duplication Bug (Drops two items)

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Multiplayer Survival mode grab an Item Frame and place it anywhere
2. Tell your friend to put any item or block
3. Now tell him to drop the item inside the Item Frame
4. You see that instead of dropping only one item Are dropped two

Note: For this to work the Player that it is Host of the map can not do this has to be another player

This affects Android and iOS but doesn't seem to affect Win 10.

Affects Realms also.
