Can't change my skin

My device is the Rca Viking Pro. The problem is that I tried to change my skin, so I clicked on the hanger and the game crashed. After I booted back up I found that I had the Alex skin so I went back to the hanger and it crashed again. I tried two more times with the same relsult.
