Game closed unexpectedly and unable to re-enter world. 2 portals to the nether

I built a second portal to the nether, entered the portal. Then tried to go back throigh to normal world and was hoping to return to the first portal i built. The game closed down and i am now unable to get onto that world. Tried many times to close app and open world unsuccessfully.
