Placing/breaking a block makes the other nearby slime blocks blink

When I place or break a block near slime blocks. The slime blocks more like "blink".

How to produce:

Make a 3×3 slime block area
Put one other slime block on thr top middle of the slime block area

Put a block near the 3×3 slime block area (like 2 blocks away)

Notice the block on the top of the three by three area blinks when you place or break the nearby block.
