Minecraft PE Xbox login stuck in 1.0 Beta & Minecraft PE 0.16.2.2

Im using Sony xperia Z3 Compact Phone In Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow And i press the sign up button in the main menu of the game it seem my wifi fast also mobile data too but i have login then waiting and wait it takes too long to wait then its stucks on the xbox login screen
