Marketplace downloads stuck at 0%

The two games attached in screenshots are still stuck in downloading after a few months from purchase date.

The Games with issue are:

1. Moana 2 (By Starfish Studios)
   2. MOB ARMOR Add-on 1.2 (By Mazario Studios)

I originally reported the issue on 11/29/2024 and the issue has still not been resolved.

We have already cleared marketplace cache, updated app and ios software, and deleted worlds to free up space. Please assist
