Sweet berry bush model is not stretched or double-sided

Despite most foliage blocks now using stretched and double-sided models, including the new bush, the Sweet Berry Bush is still not stretched or double-sided.

This is likely because the sweet berry bush blockshape is a unique blockshape to account for the growth stages of the bush.
