Add-On Blocks go Invisible, and Game Crashes a Lot

I have been trying to make a replica of a game map. However, my game crashes because of the add-ons I have lots to make it as accurate as possible. I've had to restart the build two times due to items that were used in an add-on go invisible they are still there, but you can't see it. This gets annoying because then in turn you can't break the item to replace it. I've checked for updates, I'm up to date, I've refreshed my add-ons both resource wise and behavior wise, it states there are no error, but clearly there is a problem, or the add-on would be working. It's weird because the pictures provided, I'm trying to make a public bathroom, the first picture shows the item used in a different world and it's showing, and I had my avatar crouch so you can see I'm not flying, in the main one where the bug has occurred. I've sent feedback to the creator as well just in case it was something on their part. I'm just covering my grounds with this post. (Sorry if pictures are bad, I play on console, not PC.
