command block problem

the command block does not work as it should. no matter what world I place it in, it won't change its settings anyway (the screenshot says it all). the event happened yesterday (5/02/2025) and while I was using the command blocks I realized that at a certain point all the NEW command blocks I was using had the same setting. I hope you solve it.
