Collecting glow berries from fully grown cave vines randomizes their age

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Plant cave vines on any ceiling, leaving ample space underneath
2. Set the random tick speed game rule to 4096
3. Wait for the cave vines to grow to their full size (until the growth stops)
4. Use bone meal on the tip to grow berries if needed
5. Collect the glow berries on the tip

Observed Results:
Most times, the vines will continue growing after the berries are collected.

Expected Results:
The cave vines retain their age through all interactions and are unable to continue growing until the current tip is removed.
