Jurassic Park Closes down console

Jurassic Park DLC—Minecraft. Upon loading, the game loads and continues to load all pixels. Once the pixels have been loaded, the game closes down and restarts the console. We have tried several times, but this still restarts the console. We reported this to Nintendo to get a refund, and they advised that we need to raise it with the game provider first.

What I expected to happen was...:
All pixels should load and I should be able to play the game without it restarting my console every time.

What actually happened was...:
I load up Minecraft, I enter the Jurassic Park DLC World and my console restarts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up Minecraft
2. Enter the Jurassic Park DLC world
3. Console restarts.
