Not able to connect to online friends worlds and realms

Trying to access any of my friends world online or realms and I am receiving error messages spoke to Nintendo and they said this was a problem with your game. We have gone through all troubleshooting with Nintendo and with your help desk but nothing was resolved so was told to put on here. Not just my switch but all of my friends Nintendo switches too. Anyone got any ideas, we have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked for corrupted data, tried resetting switch. Also tried with and without sd card. Restating switch didn't work either. We have checked for updates yet there is none for Minecraft or switch currently.
