Game constantly freezing and fps drop every 2-5 minutes

While normally playing in my creative world on iPad 9th generation with latest software update I find out that my game is annoyingly freezing with after my fps dropping really low for 1 minute, this happens even when I’m just walking/flying or just standing.

How to reproduce

Just normally play Minecraft at survival or creative in 1.21.70.20 Preview world on the iPad Device with 8 or lower chunks
