Game unusable due to lag and freezing

 

I have contacted community support they helped me as much as they could, they couldn’t fix it so they sent me over here. When my friend joins the game they stand there for about 5 minutes with the screen of the photo I provided. However they are not in water. When we are around each other in the game and one of us moves it doesn’t show for the other person for about 1 minutes till after it happened. For my friend they break blocks anf the block disappears but doesn’t drop until about 30 seconds to a minute after. They can not kill mobs as it makes them freeze up. We were fighting a zombie the other player caught on fire. So they ran to the water on their screen. However it didn’t happen in game and they died due to the fire. But it showed them they were in the water. They eat and it doesn’t take, they have to eat like 5 times for it to take. This is on a solo world where a friend joins but not a realm.
