Wandering trader's trades are affected by hero of the village effect

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get hero of the village effect by using /effect @p village_hero 1234 command
2. Spawn wandering traders
3. Observe their trades

Observed Results:
The cost of some trades is decreased.

Expected Results:
No trade is affected.
