The player cannot move in certain situations

Reproduction steps:

1. Place a block at the foot
2. Place a half-block on the head so the player can sneak in
3. Walk to the edge.
4. Jump 3 slightly and walk to the edge. (because there is half-block)
5. Make the coordinate change less than 0.03
6. Try to move to the edges in a vertical direction
