Caves and cliffs achievement

The achievements broke. I can't get it but have done research and seen other people get it the same way. This bug has been reported and ignored by Mojang on java for the last two years, And they have access preventing bugs going on 4 years in this Jira so I'm going to imagine this won't be fixed anytime soon.
