Hello Kitty DLC cannot escape if fall through hole in lake

Theres a quest that asks for algae so I went to the lake and accidentally fell in. I drowned and lost my items so I thought I gathered everything once I went back. When at the market I noticed my tablet was not in my items and now I have no way to check friendship level, my money etc. Theres no reason why theres a hole in the lake and no way for your character to get back up so you either have to drown or jump so you dont drown and wait until the game forces you to sleep since youre trapped!
