Drowned appear in the ancient city

(Please help users, leave in the comments other platforms and versions in which this bug occurs.)

What happen: In the dripstone caves with surrounding water and inside the ancient city, can spawn drowned.
I imagine it's because of the new change that they can spawn in the aquifers of the dripstone caves.

What should happen: Just like the other mobs, nothing should spawn in the deep dark biome and the ancient city. This can be a problem with the sculk shriekers.
