Creaking Hearts generating outside Pale Garden biome

Creaking hearts, with a pale oak log above and below, have started randomly generating one block below the surface (y=64) of my base. This is happening on blocks near or adjacent to a froglight block. This is also resulting in Creaking spawning in my base. This also happens if I download the realm and play locally. My base is located in a plains biome. The nearest Pale Garden biome is 5,000 blocks away.
