Skin pack doesn’t load

I bought a skin pack from the minecraft marketplace and i can’t use it because it doesn’t load. I was thinking of buying it a few days prior and the preview was loading perfectly, the day i decided to buy it the preview didn’t load but i bought it anyways because i thought that my internet was slow that day, but no. i’ve been able to make it load if i delete the reserved space but the moment i reset the game the bug comes back and i can’t use it. This problem is only happening in my xbox series s, i’ve tried in, ios, Playstation 4 and a Nintendo Switch and it loads perfectly in those platforms. The skin pack is: Chibi Cats HD Skin Pack
