My hearts are glitching I randomly 4 other issues happen

I've been playing bedrock on my switch for a while but I was playing Minecraft and then my hearts started glitching and then sometimes it would cause me to stop sprinting hitting and placing and last thing sometimes my curser would disappear then reappear
