Transparent blocks do not push item drops

When placing a half slab onto an empty space occupied by a floating item (i.e. a dropped pick or building material) it should push the object out to the nearest empty space.

Instead, the floating item remains inside the half slab.

Steps to reproduce:
-Drop an item from your inventory on the ground
-Place a half slab on the square it occupies
