Farmland and other plants bug

First, i plant the mushroom/flowers on the grass
Then, i use the hoe to crop the grassland in flower/mushroom area
And its working, why?

This should be fixed, I can't reproduce this bug in this version so I'll close it for now and then we'll reopen it again if it's still broken.

I actually worked a great bit with this code and this could have fixed this issue (I'm not just guessing).
