Minecraft skin bug

I've been facing a skin difficulty lately.I already download every size that this game require,64×64,128×128,yet it still wont let me wear the skin.It told me to upload a png file of dimension 64×64,64×32 or 128×128.I really hope you can find a way to fix this bug.Thank you
