Error recognizing my skin image size

When I want to import a skin from my gallery, I only get an ad saying that the image size must be 64x64, 64x32 or 128x128The problem is that the image I want to import meets all the measurements and it is not just with that image, I have tried with images from other sources and still I cannot import my skins
