Cant make a purchase in mcpe

So i was trying to buy actions and stuff on the marketplace but the game just gets stuck on "this shouldnt take long" and it doesnt proceed nor the google play purchase thing pops up it just gets stuck there its not just the current version it existed on other versions its not about my internet connection i tried the force stop and clear cache didnt work i restarted my device cleared google plays data and cache deleted and reinstalled mcpe didnt work but it works on other devices but the thing is i can make in-app purchase just not on minecraft for some reason. Also buying it on minecrafts site works yes but for some reason minecoins prices are much much higher in the marketplaces site than the app marketplace i dont know why.
