Buttons can be pressed multiple times in the new UI before loading occurs

Summary:
Some buttons can be pressed multiple times in the new UI before loading occurs, resulting in redundant click sounds and sometimes re-animation.
This applies to buttons such as:

• Respawn
  
• world button (play)
• world edit button
  
• Create new world
• Create from template
• Import world
  
• + Add server
  
• Search for players
• profile view button (including your own (can be found in the friends tab))
  
• Screenshot gallery
  
• SHARE
  

The following buttons also open multiple pages in the browser when pressed multiple times:

• Feedback
• Ideas
  
• Give feedback (temporary button!)
  

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find/open the interface with the specified buttons.
2. Press these buttons repeatedly and quickly.

Observed results:
The buttons have no timeout or limitation after the first press, which leads to such results as spam sound and opening of multiple tabs in the browser or even game crash (see MCPE-189932).

Expected results:
Buttons will not be pressed while anything is loading.
