How to play Bedrock on PC?

I bought Minecraft on my phone through Play Market, made a new Microsoft account and played Minecraft: Bedrock for a while. Now I downloaded Minecraft Launcher on my PC, entered the same account, but there is said that I need to buy it again, moreover, with Java Edition.
