Profile screen cannot be accessed when offline/not signed in, preventing you from accessing Screenshot Gallery and Dressing Room

When offline or not signed in to your Xbox LIVE account, you will not be able to access your Profile screen since it won't be loaded, this prevent you from accessing some menus such as Screenshot Gallery and Dressing Room.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disconnect from your internet either by disabling your Wi-Fi, Data Cellular, or unplug your Ethernet Cable, or signed out from your Xbox LIVE account
2. Open your Profile

Expected results:
Profile screen are loaded when offline/not signed in, allowing you to access Screenshot Gallery and Dressing Room.

Observed results:
The right panels of your Profile screen won't load, preventing you from accessing Screenshot Gallery, or the entire Profile screen won't load at all, preventing you from accessing both Screenshot Gallery and Dressing Room.

Note:
You can still access Dressing Room through Main Menu or Pause Menu, but not Screenshot Gallery, since Screenshot Gallery can only be accessed from Profile screen.
