Players can still strip wood and dig paths over deny blocks.

When deny blocks are placed under log blocks, dirt / soil blocks, and copper blocks, players can still strip logs, convert soil into paths, and unwax / scrape copper.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Place a deny block on the ground in creative with education turned on
2. Place any one of the blocks previously mentioned above the deny block
3. Give yourself an axe or shovel for the respective block you placed.
4. Go into survival and attempt to use your tool on the block.

Expected Result:
No interaction is allowed to occur while using tools on blocks over deny blocks
