Character Creator skins default to Steve

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open up a world
2. Navigate to the Dressing Room.
3. The classic skins are fine, but not the character creator ones.

Expected Results:
They are visible, like in the Start Menu screen.

Observed Results
In some specific worlds, the Character creator skins become Steve.
