(Experimental) Spawn events spawn_cold and spawn_warm do not work on pigs

The Bug:

With the Drop 1 2025 Experiment, the spawn events spawn_cold and spawn_warm do not work on pigs, despite pigs having 2 new variants: warm and cold.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run command: /summon pig ~ ~ ~ facing ~ ~ ~ spawn_cold
2. You get a temperate pig instead of a cold pig.  
3. Run command: /summon pig ~ ~ ~ facing ~ ~ ~ spawn_warm
4. You get a temperate pig instead of a warm pig.

Expected Results:

With the Drop 1 2025 Experiment, these spawn events will work on pigs for their respective spawn pig.

Observed Results:

Despite pigs having 2 new variants: warm and cold, the the spawn events spawn_cold and spawn_warm do not work on pigs.
