Aiming at block at specific angle from max reach distance can give instamine if using diamond tools

If you're using tools that can mine blocks fast enough, you can instamine blocks that are max reach distance from the player if you're aiming at a specific angle. This is annoying as it negates the need for a beacon. If you have faster tools (ones with efficiency) then you can run and instamine.
