Can't change GUI scale to -3 on PS4

Hi there, I hope all is well. I am probably the only one to talk about this bug but it has been bugging me (no pun intended) forever. I see alot of players being able to change their GUI scale to -3 on Minecraft Bedrock but I, for some reason can't. I only have the option to change it to -1. Is this a platform thing? 

The photos I'm sending is how mine looks compared to a Youtuber called YourSixGaming, from a video called "How to Change the HUD SIZE in Minecraft Bedrock (GUI Scaler)" and as you can see in the photos, that they are able to change it to -3. The HUD size is too large for me, especially when taking out a tool that has enchantments on it, it covers half of the screen. And I would really benefit from this setting if it was available to me on PS4.
