i cant change my skin

There is this problem that i cannot change my skin, the skin shows as a little girl with backpack when i try to create a skin, and no matter what I change it doesn't chaneg, i thought on fixing it with a skinpack, it does work for, me but if im in a world or server i show as standart steve
