Switch pro controller issue on Android

I'm having a issue with pairing controller on android minecraft bedrock, only 2/10 times does it allow me to draw a bow shot or eat foot, the D pad is glitched in inventory and chests etc and the other issues are in thus subreddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/16phz8z/controller_not_working_properly_after_update/
