SLEEPING PERCENTAGE DOES NOT STICK AND HAS NO UI IN GAME

Again, apologies for the upper-case, see my previous report for reasons.

• Added UI controls for enabling/disabling beds working and the percentage of players sleeping needed to pass the night

World creation does have the percentage UI controls, but once you're in the game, the settings UI does not.  In addition, the setting needs to be redone every time I log in using the following command:

/gamerule playersSleepingPercentage 10

I have only tested this on Realms.
