Education edition opens all UDP ports exposing PC to internet

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the game
2. Choose "If you don't have an account, try a demo lesson."
3. Tick "Accept Terms"
4. Press the button that says "Play"
5. Press "Start Lesson"
6. Press the "Confirm" button in the screen safe area window
7. Choose "Fantastic Fairgrounds"
8. Press "CREATE WORLD"

It opens all UDP ports, instead of just the needed ones. It is pretty much the same as https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/1758, but for Minecraft Education Edition.

I am reporting this bug for a community member. While we don't usually do this, I am making an exception in this case as it's a security issue
