login with same account from windows and android to same game, now shows 2 profiles active when I log in

I logged in with the same account from windows and android to same game, now shows 2 profiles active when I log in. I had a star wars Luke Skywalker skin on and now it shows instead of my user name Medendog, it shows Luke Skywalker X and when others try to join a network game it shows both Medendog and Luke Skywalker X games to join. how do we get rid of the Luke Skywalker X "ghost" profile in the windows Minecraft app?
