Tag "minecraft:is_shears_item_destructible" doesn't work on custom blocks

When I try to use the tag 
"tag:minecraft:is_shears_item_destructible" in any custom block in my behaviors pack, it does not work
The tag isn't working like "tag:minecraft:is_hoe_item_destructible" or "tag:minecraft:is_axe_item_destructible"
That problem also occurs with "tag:minecraft:is_sword_item_destructible" and "tag:minecraft:is_mace_item_destructible"
