Purchase error message appearing

Continuously getting this error message every time I click on anything in the Marketplace for the past few months now. This error message also appears on every platform that I've opened the game on. I figured it would go away after a while it it has not. It also seems to have stopped me from purchasing any new minecoins because everytime I have I don't get them added to my account.
