Custom Crafting Tables do not work

When I use my addons through the marketplace. I cannot use the crafting tables. I have tested this on several add ons and all the same. But the crazy part is that when I use my android phone it works. But on none of my other devices (Xbox and Windows) will it work. I have seen the same results on single-player and realm.

 

How to recreate

1. Make a new world with addon using crafting tables
2. Place Crafting table
3. Use crafting table and see blank screen
