Players besides me can't break blocks

I have a Minecraft world, and there are block generators from command blocks and when they try to break them, the block won’t drop. This is not a command block issue because I placed a block down and they still couldn’t break it. They were able to crack the block but it didn’t break and didn’t drop the block.
