hasitem refuses to acknowledge shulkers with added data via /give

Steps on how to recreate

/give @s lime_shulker_box 1 10

Repeating command block always active

/effect @e[type=player,hasitem=\{item=lime_shulker_box,data=10}] jump_boost 1 0 true

Drop the lime shulker box you've received from the give command and get a normal lime shulker box from the creative menu, you will still receive the effect despite you not having a lime shulker box with the data of 10.
