Mineville Character Builder Skin not Showing to other people

I spent 10 pound on the Character builder section. But although i can see it other players cannot see it and it shows as a random skin to them. This happens on most servers especially mineville, i basically wasted 10 pound. My character builder avatar is shown in the pictures pls fix this issue
