Camera keeps looking up or down

So when i use the action button (e.g; interact, attack) and the other screen to swipe the camera sometimes instantly looks up or down, and i wish that you guys could add an option that don't let me swipe while holding the action buttons, i think that's the issue of why it keeps looking up or down.
